Discover the Power of Yoga for Optimum Health and Wellbeing

Having worked as a Nutritional Therapist and Functional Health Practitioner for over a decade, I'm seeing more and more people who are becoming unwell due to stress, overwhelm, poor digestion and lack of movement.

I know first hand the positive impact that yoga, breathwork and mindfulness can have on our health.  I'm so excited to bring to you this 6 week yoga discovery, and share with you the powerful benefit a regular practice of yoga, breathwork and mindfulness can have on your life.

Learn, practice and study at a time that suits you...

The classes are recordings of my live classes, which means you can learn from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you.  There are shorter videos and summaries of the classes too...  so you can do just 5 or 10 minutes, or the whole class... as many times as you wish!

What's included in this programme?

All the classes are recorded... meaning you can learn, practice and enjoy as much yoga in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. The course includes:

  • 6 x 60 minutes Vinyasa Flow Recorded Classes - each with a foundational theme to help inspire a lifelong love of yoga

  • A short written summary of each class... which you can use to guide shorter practices

  • Short videos to focus in on specific parts of your practice

  • A 60 minutes Nourishing Restorative Flow Class

  • A 30 minutes Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) meditation

  • Easy to follow alignment cues and safety tips... so you can get the best of your practice

Why is yoga so good for you?

The benefits of yoga include:

  • Stress

Yoga is great for stress. Less stress means you can sleep better, feel better and take back control of your health and wellbeing

  • Digestion

Yoga and breath work help support digestion and optimal absorption of nutrients. Great for you and your microbiome.

  • Vagus Nerve

Yoga and breath work can tap directly into your vagus nerve - helping your brain talk more effectively to your internal organs

Yoga is for everyone...

There are so many myths out there about yoga, which prevents a lot of people from experiencing its full benefit. So I want to show you that:

  • You DON'T have to be super bendy and flexible (although it's great for stretching your muscles and improving your flexibility and strength)
  • You DON'T need to do hours every day to feel the benefit
  • You DON'T have to be able to stand on your head
  • You DON'T have to be able to meditate without your mind wandering...
  • There is NOT a full pose or half pose... just the one that suits you on that day
  • You CAN use lots of props and bolsters to support your practice.
  • Plus getting your heels down is not important in downward facing dog!

When you truly understand what yoga IS (and what it ISN'T)... you'll be able to create a regular practice that is right for you and your individual needs.  That suits your body and mind.  That maximises the health benefits for YOU.

In fact, Yoga is so much more than the asanas, the postures.. let me show you the true nature of yoga and how it can support your wellbeing.

What do my students say?

"I have enjoyed my 6 week yoga course with Catherine so much.... I wanted to improve my practice and learn more about the poses and breath work. Catherine did all of the above and taught in a really compassionate and diverse way... Her kindness and love of teaching shines through with each class. 🤩 " Amy, Norfolk
