Actually, so many people do not breathe optimally. And this can have a negative impact on EVERY system in our body...from our digestive system to our brains.

Most breathing practices are safe for anyone to use. They can be practiced sitting on the floor, some can be done laying down, or sitting in a chair. I'll guide you through each technique, and how to get the best out of your practice.

What equipment will I need?
I recommend using a yoga mat or a comfy rug with lots of cushions to help you sit comfortably and still. But you can also practice in a chair with an upright back. That's it - nothing else is needed.
