Who is this programme suitable for?
Anyone who suspects they are peri-menopausal, or in the early years of menopause. You may still be having periods (regular or irregular cycles), or your periods may recently have stopped in the last year or so. You will probably be aged from around late 30s to early 50s, but do get in touch if you do not fit these guidelines to ask if the course is suitable for you. You can also do this course if you've had a surgical menopause, and if you are taking HRT.

What if I can't make the live lessons?
I will record all the live lessons and yoga/breathwork classes, so you can access them in your own time. I do encourage you to try to attend some live lessons, as it's always motivating to work together as a group and support each other. But I understand now everyone's schedule aligns.

When and where are the lessons held?
The 6 live coaching sessions will be held on zoom once per week, on a set day, usually at 7:30pm (full details when dates are released). In these sessions, I'll teach you how to have a confident peri menopause. We'll cover the basics of key hormones, and how to bring them back into balance. We'll look at what causes hormone imbalance, how to manage your insulin and why it's even more important than oestrogen. We'll look at key foods your body needs right now and what it definitely doesn't. Why getting a handle on stress or so vital. Bones health, breast health, brain power and so much more!

When are the yoga and breathwork classes?
These short 30 minutes classes will be pre-recorded and released twice a week. You can then follow and practice the sessions in your own time, whenever suits you.

Do I have to be physically fit to do the yoga?
My style of yoga is very gentle and functional. These classes are about supporting strength, flexibility and movement, but also about dropping your stress hormones. If you have a pre-existing injury or any health issues, please do check with your GP before starting any new exercise regime.

I'm on medication - can I take the supplements?
This is the reason that I offer 2 short one to one sessions. One 2 weeks before we start the programme, and one at the end. I can discuss which supplements might be appropriate for you and make any adjustments needed. What happens after the 40 days?
You will have your 2nd one to one session with me or one of my team. We will discuss which supplements you may wish to consider continuing with, and answer any brief questions you may have. The programme includes only supplements for the 40 day programme - if you would like to purchase further supplements, these will be at your own expense (however, I do have a discount code for you on some supplements).
